I had c.sec 9 months before. didn't get periods yet and baby is on mother feed too. I am trying to lose my weight but couldn't help with it. It’s normal not to get periods if one is breastfeeding but it can also be due to other reasons ( pregnancy/ pcos). It’s easier to loose weight while breastfeeding, kindly visit or get an online consultation for diet and exercise plan.
