i want a diet plan for myself. its been 28 days i had my c-section. Baby is no more because of pre mature birth in 33 weeks. My b.p was raised to 190/130. Now i'm ok. Before first baby it was 54kg after delivery 75 kg . In this pregnancy it was gain to 82kg now current weight is 77kg. Height is 5'5".
