I'm married and 2child with cesarean younger one is 4yrs old I have 70kg weight with a height of 5'1 I want to know what is bad in my daily diet in breakfast I eat 1paratha medium size with 1/3part of omelette and 1cup of tea with sugar then in afternoon I eat 1plate cooked rice not full plate its also equivalent to 1/3cup of uncooked rice with 1gravy vegetable or either chicken or beef then in evening no snacks or tea then in night either I ate diner or sometimes not. but only 1medium chapati with a gravy vegetable or gravy meat or chicken this is my daily eating patterns and no over eating at different intervals now from a week with this regular eating habits I did walk for half an hour brisk walk I want to know any changes or recommendation for weight loss plz
