For PCOs, it is necessary to add low glycemic foods in your diet according to your body requirement and manage your insulin levels as insulin resistance is the major cause of weight gain during PCOs. Also, you have to do physical activity.

Firstly i'll give you some common tips.
You have to remove bad fats from your diet.
Minimize junk food.
Rely on natural and fresh edibles.
Avoid processed foods.

As there is month of ramzan i'll guide you about diet regarding ramdan
routines.
Early morning : 3 overnight soaked figs water (before sehri meal)


Sehri: 1 medium fruit ( any seasonal)
1 chapati with raw butter 1tsp spreaded on it
Gravy( any veg or daal)
Egg (preffered boiled egg)
Tea/milk 1 cup


Aftari: 2 pakora (fried in musturd oil)
Youghrt raita 2-3 tbsp with pakora
Fruit or fruit chaat half cup(with no added mayonese or cream)
Fresh lime water 1 cup


Dinner: half chapati
Gravy half cup
Raita 2 tbsp
Salad (with added 1 teaspoon borges extra virgin olive oil as dressing)

Bed time. Low fat milk 1 cup with no added sugar or flavour
