You have to start a regular healthy routine for that, avoid carbs, try to take more proteins ( eggs, meat & nuts ) & take good fats only, don’t eat after 7-8pm. Add Green tea in your diet with added cardamom, cinnamon & fennels(sonf) in it. Add chia seeds in your diet. Moreover, you have to start working out atleast 5times/week, which should include 15mins warm up, upper body and lower body exercises on alternative days. Plus a proper diet plan can’t be shared here, you have to contact for that :)

Drink 1 glass of water with added 1 tea spoon of bassel seeds(Tukhum Malanga) before half an hour of meal.Don't skip your breakfast. Drink at least 7-8 glass of water daily.Be physically active(30-40 minutes of exercise/brisk walk daily). Consume fresh fruits instead of fruit juices or cold drinks. Eat slowly. Avoid fried and processed foods. Avoid sugary and high salted foods.
Try to consume variety of foods instead of single food. Eat raw vegetables as a snack like cocumber etc. Remove extra oil from food. When you feel hungery then drink glass of water instead of eating something, Sometime we can't differentiate b/w thirst and hunger. For proper diet plan book your appointment for consultation.
