Go to gym empty stomach
Donot eat rice /chappati after 4 pm so that your body has time to burn the
carbs.
Eat daal without tarka/ beans/ chickpeas in dinner
Eat lots of salads
Have heavy breakfast
Light lunch
And lighter dinner with snacks
Donot stay hungry. Always have Almonds with yiu
Whenever you feel hungry Eat those almonds
