You need to spend Money on your health dear, wrna baad my apko unsy ziada ki medications leni pryngi
- Eat whole wheat and whole grains instead of refined flour
- Include plenty of fruits and vegetables to your diet
- Limit the intake of red meat, you can use lean meat (fish, chicken) Instead
-Avoid processed foods, sugar, soft drinks and fruit juice (you can eat raw fruits instead of fruit juice)
- Make sure to drink 8-10 glass of water everyday
- Do physical activity of atleast 30 minutes daily
