I'm on a weight loss diet I lost 2kg in a week. I'm planning to do water fasting i will not eat anything i will just drink water for 7 to 10 days so I can lose weight fast. I know most of you will not suggest that but I really wanna do it. my height is 5ft 11inch my body weight is 123.5kg it was 126kg last week. I don't do much physical activity just slow walk for 15 to 30 minutes I just want to know how I will balance my electrolytes. and any other things I should know before starting that. and after 10 days of fasting how I should gradually introduce myself to food?

to late everyone I already started it's been 3 days I lost 5.5kg weight but I'm taking meal replacement supplements with milk twice a day and bone broth and drinking 3.5 to 4L of water. and before starting that I did 3 days Intermediate fasting in which I only did lunch no breakfast no dinner. i am not starving at all. I do feel cravings but not feel hungry

ma sure nahi hon lekin mena parha tha ek article ma 3 din k bd body ketosis ma chali jati ha or fat ko he energy source bana late ha is Liya bhook nahi lagti. or ma rozana 1.5 ghnta walk bhi kr raha hon. or kafi energetic feel kr raha hon

yes. I'm taking galaxy and oridone for the past 3 months and have to continue this for the next 5 months
