Your ideal weight should be 66kg so you should gain 8kg. Reduced weight is much dangerous because your body has no or less stores of energy for emergency conditions so you should achieve your ideal weight immediately by gaining 8kg. We prepare diet plans for various nutritional problems including weight loss, weight gain, cholesterol and diabetes etc. You can get our diet plan for weight gain which helps you gain 4-6kg in one month. A diet plan is a document that suggest you the food, its quantity, timing, preparations and some exercises. We do not suggest and support any medicine or supplements. A diet plan is prepared after detailed interview regarding eating habits, food likes and dislikes and daily physical activity level so if you are interested in our diet plan, you can call our nutritionist on 042-32591427, , 042-32591427, or 042-32591427, . It depends on your desire body composition. You need to consult a specialist who can take a look at your lifestyle which dictates health goals. Whey protein is a man made supplement which does not substitute real food. It has its place in recovery from workouts and building lean muscle tissue but it need to be used accordingly.
