hello, i would like to ask a question related to weight, i am on clean eating diet plan and doing gym mostly treadmill, cycling, eliptical and slight weight training 3 to 4 times per week. i started this from december 2016 and from 96 kgs reduced to 88 kgs, but now since 2 3 months my weight is totally stuck, increased my exercise intensity but no benefits. not a single pound reduced in past 2 months. also got my TSH and insulin tested, they were also normal. please guide me where i am wrong.
