assalamoalikum mjhy aik issue arha hai.. 3 saal say mjhy chest k beech m gilti hai left side thori.. bht bari ni h or size bh 3saal say same hai but 2 din say mjhy bht pain horha h or hard c feel horhi kia issue ho skhta h?
