I am facing my inner knee pain when I used to climb stairs . this pain started 1 year ago . when I carried some weight with myself towards the first floor of my house . and I bent my knee outward while climbing stairs because my feet direction was outward at that time . and suddenly I feel stretching in some sort of ligaments in my inner knee . but I didn't feel any kind of pain . Now when I used to climb stairs then I feel pain in my inner knee. and it takes hours to relieve . otherwise in straight walking there is no issue .

no sir .. koi Medicine nai use Kar ra .. 1 doctor sahib ny celbex recommend ki this .. I think that is for pain Relief tou main Pain Killers use nai karta g.. w8 body MERI fit hi ha ..
