Shukriya for sharing. MRI se lagta hai ke spine mein kuch pressure ho raha hai, jo nerve ko affect kar raha hai. Aap ne jo symptoms likhe hain jaise:
– ek position mein gardan mein jhatka aur dard
– balance ka masla
– chalne mein mushkil
yeh sab spinal nerve pressure se ho sakte hain.
Ek do sawal aur bhi hain jo main poochna chahta hoon:
– Kya kabhi haath ya pair mein sujan, suiyan, ya numbness mehsoos hui?
– Kya raat ko dard zyada hota hai?
– Kya koi cheez gir jati hai haath se?

الحمد للہ ہاتھ سے کبھی کوئ چیز نہیں گرتی.نہ ہی کبھی سوجن ہوئ.درد بھی نہیں ہے.صرف پریشر ہے اور بیلنس صحیح نہیں ہورہا چلتے وقت،ڈر رہتا ہے چلتے وقت، فریش نہیں ہوں. الحمد للہ numbness بھی نہیں ہوتی تھی. لیکن اب کسی کسی وقت الٹے پاؤں کاتلوا معمولی سا سن ہو رہا ہے

I have seen your Cevical spine mri films. there changes in the mri. from c4 to c7 level. get a report on this mri or if you already have it please share report.
Do consult a Neurologist and if he suggests you can also ask opinion of neurosurgeon.

this is a case cervical vertigo, which usually occur in specific positions of head, You can visit any ENT Specialist, if he is dealing cases (because i am dealing with vertigo). She should be evaluated in detail, like Nystagmus, Head Impulse Test, Cerebellar test, Romberg, Fastened Romberg, Fukuda, Dis-Hallpike, Head and Neck Differentiations Test, Cervical Torsion Test, and Smooth Persuit Neck Torsion Test amd lastly Gait

Neurologist ko dikhaya tha. He prescribed Mucogin 4mg twice a day and zeegap 25 mg once at night
Abhi 1 hafte hi li hai medicine but usse farq nai para, balance out ziada horaha hai aur left paun bhi slightly sun(numb) hone laga hai 1 hafte se.

may be. you can consult physiotherapist as they do no harm. but if neurological signs are there better to consult neurophysician and surgeon for possible decompression. although rarely done due to complications associated with it.
