Laparatomy After Typhoid

Question

My son Muhammad Anas was suffering fever and after some days it converted into typhoid. Due to late diagnose Typhoid attack on gutt. Now we are waiting for his next operate so that intestine put inside the tommy. i want to know ho much time it takes for next operation.

Usually next operation can be done after 6 weeks if the health of the child
is good and weight is appropriate for age. Otherwise surgery can be delayed

Stoma can be reversed as soon as primary disease is settled and child is fit for surgery as considered by surgeon. Hope the question is answered

Stoma can be reversed as soon as primary disease has been cured and patient is fit to undergo surgery.  few tests would be required before reversing the stoma.

Time of second surgery will b suggested by operating surgeon, mostly we do
stoma closure(second surgery) with in 3 months.
