You can start the gym, initially with light weights and as you get comfortable you can gradually increase weights

Agar knee par dard ya sujan hai to pehle physiotherapist se mashwara karain. Halke exercises se start karain aur dheere dheere intensity barhain, agar kisi tarah ka discomfort ho to usay nazarandaz na karain.
