AoA apki comdition k according apko wesy to online dhair sari exercises mil jayen ge but her ex ko krny ka 1 proper way hota hai ta k wo apko ease dy skyn na k apki condition further worse ho so i would recommend k ap physically kisi physiotherapist k pas visit kr layn ager aesa possible nhe to online consultation book kar layn where you'd feel comfortable
for now at your comfort you can use methicobal tablet or injection (tablet 2 times a day for 7 days and injection 2 times a week)
