Okay then lets start with the basics, use a small ball and press that ball with your hand , each with 10 secs hold . Then to begin with writing, first try to make a circle.. and practice it .. afterwards you’ll feel that you can easily draw then try drawing another shape. Along with it i am attaching a picture, kindly follow these movements with 10 sec hold. If still you find difficulty then kindly visit a physiotherapist in person so that if any manual work is required they can do it .

you need to be assessed porperly. sharing details and picture will not be enough in such cases. its might be related to some neurological problem which also need some investigation tests. better visit a good physiotherapist.

It can be due to muscle weakness or it can be myopathy.. But you need full assessment..

Well its over activity of brain areas which are conveying impulses to your arm and hands in specific situations i.e writing etc, this condition is also known as focal dystonia, arm dystonia or hand/fingers dystonia. If possible than visit to Neurophysician for proper check up. You need to be evaluated by him.
