Talk to Psychiatry on Acute Anxiety Panic Attacks

I sometimes go through some bad phases of my relationship at like my partner do something unintentionally or not knowingly that would trigger acute & extreme anxiety in me or sometimes during arguments too or after them sometimes like for example i asked her to come online at some specific time or ask her to inform me or ask her to send me at some specific time then if she is not seeing my messages at that time my anxiety got triggered very badly for long as she is not coming online . Also i am currently not interested in therapeutic approach do tell me that what benzodiazepines should i take to calm myself during that panic attack cuz that ruins my whole day or my work like get so disturbed that i dont do any work for 2 3 days some time also i don’t have any kind of chronic anxiety or anxiety due to any other issue

Benzodiazepines are badly addictive. In such a young age plz dont use it. You need to work in your internal anxiety and fear that is effecting your relationship and making you so sensitive. Life cant be spent with such sensitive behaviours and Never by using benzo . Hapoy to help and work with you to deal with your relationships issues but online only as i am based on uk
