Alp is a good medicine but only for short term in long it does more harm than good.
It has addiction potential and I saw many patients in opd who came with difficulties in stopping alp .
It can cause memory issues cognitive decline increasing the risk of dementia
Its better to consult a psychiatrist or you can book online session with me
But to continue alp is a decision that is not appropriate

Alp is benzodiazipine and works like panadol to alleviate symptoms temporarily and the disorder will remain there. It will cause dependence and tolerance (you need to increase the dose to get the desired effects).
I would recommend getting your assessment done and take meds as advised.
Till then breathing exercise and physical activity will help.

If you are known to suffer anxiety attacks, then tab. Alp will give you much relief just for short term but using Alp in anxiety is what I call "sweet poison" as it lures you and makes you addictive day by day. So dependence potential is quite high. In your case as you are requesting for Alp prescription, that simply means you are dependent on it now and will find a lot of difficulty in discontinuing Alp.
You require definite treatment for anxiety and panic attacks but before that you must be detoxified and treated for dependence syndrome. Book an appointment with psychiatrist to look after these issues

I am so sorry to hear this. Anxiety can be managed without relying on medication. It can be controlled and well- understood. Once you know the mechanism of your anxiety, the triggers… you can start living a normal life . You need a good care . A good psychotherapist.
