Currently me 0.5mg rivotril and Escitalopram 10mg lee rahi hn for GAD,Pannic attacks,PTSD from 5 weeks but still i dont feel like i am completely fine what should i do

I was taking 0.5 mg rivotril and escitalopram 10mg from 1 month for anxiety,pannic attack,ptsd and emotional disturbances . pannic attacks to control hogye but having health anxiety and crying all day and was not feeling completely ok and able to do daily activities so my dr shift me to 1mg risp and 10mg escitalopram should i consider it
