Asking For Self, Male, 22 Years old, Peshawar
Seven months ago i had a breakup with my girlfriend, we had a relationship of 5 years. At that time it didn’t effected me that much but now i always think about her and it really disturbs me im always sad missing her and thinking that i loose everything, soo psychiatrist, psychologist do you have any solution for it. Recommend me any medicine to make me calm
please get appointment for detail assessment and treatment
you need to have detailed assessment and review and psychotherapy . good luck
Prescription of any psychiatropic medicine couldn't be done one event alone, complete assessment and psychological evaluation is needed as proper treatment is long term and there are many risk Vs benefit decisions to take along with commitment to treatment. Kindly take a proper a consultation from a psychiatrist or psychologist to get assessment done first then to start proper treatment plan
yes it's treatbale with session n few medicine so that u forget ur past n start living in future

Thanks for bringing up this issue. Yes, you need professionalhelp to cope with it. But you need a more detailed evaluation.
stages of grief are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. These stages are not necessarily experienced in a linear order, and individuals may experience them differently or not at all. Check out my youtube channel Nafsiyat Nama for more psychoeducation

Depression surfacing even five years after a breakup can feel confusing or overwhelming, especially if you thought you had moved on.
You might have never fully processed the breakup emotionally, especially if you had to "move on" quickly or suppress your feelings at the time.
Sometimes, something in the present (a similar relationship, loss, loneliness, stress, even a song or place) can reawaken old emotional pain tied to the breakup.
The relationship may have fulfilled deep emotional needs, and if those needs still aren't being met elsewhere, the absence can feel more intense now.
Would you like to talk more about what the breakup was like, what your life has been like since, or what triggered these feelings recently? I’m here to help you explore it gently.
