Due to lots of stress mje panic attack Ana start hugae 1st attack ramzan m aya jb gehri nend se uthi to heart beat bht taiz koi pain ni tha but difficult to breath max 30 min k bd m thk hugae is trhan k 2 3 episode hugae to just for health concern i started walk ab jaise he walk start kru left side pain start pory arm underarm m shoulder n throat tk pain start shoro m stamina tha I bear this pain or ye 30 min tk pain rhta during walk usky bd aese thk hta jaisay hua he nai tha m 1 hour walk krlete but due to my anxiety issue m 3 min se zada walk nj kr parhe pain start hte he I give up what should I do M jb b gehre nend se achank uthu to heart beat bht taiz hujate h or ye mje khof m bura hal krdete rt m sona mushkil hta h aesa LG rha h lait te he sans ni arha m karwat bdl bdl k rt guzarte hu plz iam so worried m bht pareshan hugae hu apni is condition se plz help me out Iam married and have 2 daughters via c section
