Talk to Psychiatry on "Frequent Fear And Anxiety About Death Without Any Clear Reason.Persistent Feelings Of Fear And Panic, Especially During Prayer Or Before Sleep.

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 16 years old, islamabad

experience daily episodes of fear and anxiety, often without any specific reason. This feeling usually occurs during prayer time, before sleeping, or randomly throughout the day. I start to feel like I might die soon or that something bad is about to happen, even though I know it’s not real. My heart beats fast, I feel uneasy, and it becomes difficult to relax or concentrate. These episodes are very distressing and affect my peace of mind.

Thank you for sharing your concerns.. it appears that you may be experiencing symptoms related to either generalised anxiety disorder or panic disorder. These episodes can be distressing , but with right support and treatment they are all manageable. Consult a psychiatrist for a detailed assessment / evaluation and subsequent management plan. In the mean time practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, grounding exercises and mindfulness.. help is available. Do not hesitate to reach out.

Panic attack treatment involves a combination of psychotherapy (like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT) and medication (such as antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs). CBT helps you identify triggers and change your thought patterns, while a doctor may prescribe medication to manage symptoms and help you learn to cope with them more effectively.
Treatment for anxiety and depression often involves psychotherapy (like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), medication, or a combination of both, with the best approach depending on the individual's needs and severity. Brain stimulation therapy, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), is an option for severe cases that don't respond to other treatments. Lifestyle changes, including regular exercise, a healthy diet, avoiding alcohol and illicit drugs, and connecting with others, also play a vital role in managing symptoms and supporting overall well-being.
Kindly Consult me Online for future details and treatment plan.
Thanks.
