Talk to Psychiatry on Severe Anxiety And Panic Attacks

I really need your help. I’ve been struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks. Even small things make me overthink, and when an attack happens, my whole body feels numb, my chest feels like it will burst, my arms feel heavy, my breathing becomes fast, and I cannot think clearly. I also feel like I’m choking on my tears but can’t cry, and it gets very hard to calm myself down.
I haven’t taken any medication because my parents don’t believe in anxiety or depression, and they don’t allow me to see a psychiatrist. But this condition is destroying me every single day. I’ve isolated myself and lost interest in everything I once loved.
Please guide me on what I can do to manage this. Even small advice or steps would mean a lot because I’m really struggling to cope.
