My OCD was triggered, so I took an appointment with Dr. Huma. After using her prescribed medicines, my IBS flared up, and I experienced drowsiness, vomiting, and irritability. Then I stopped taking the medicines.

My gastroenterologist also advised me to stop the psychiatric medicines. After that, things went well for two months — both my OCD and IBS were normal.

However, about two weeks ago, my sexual OCD relapsed. I started having extreme sexual urges, even while at work. I’m really tired of taking psychiatric medicines because they come with a lot of side effects.

For background — I spent five months in rehab because I was addicted to porn due to my sexual OCD and extreme urges. Things are better now, but I’m still struggling.
