get on depression pills and have psychotherapy it happens with most of the times with adults feeling hopelessness and being inactive not liking anything that's clearly a sign of depression it's totally okay it's for small period of time take rest proper have scheduled plans and eat healthy do offer prayers and have a hobby go outside with friends or family members and don't be upset have someone important to share your feelings with be happy coz this life is too short to be unhappy take care of yourself take rest it's totally okay if u can't do best in studies remember your health is more important than your studies u may fluctuate but I can become topper again
