Asking For Self, Male 26, Noorpur
I had anxiety and heart palpitations in last November. I had visited 3 doctors THQ Noorpur Thal, Niazi complex Jauharabad and Dr Rabnawaz from Jauharabad. 3 times ECG and One ECO test .All came normal and doctors told me that I have anxiety, depression and panic Attacks and gave me Indral ,Alp and some anti depression along with some syrups for stimach But still I feel chest pain sometimes with burping .Sometimes numbness in arm , indigestion ,muscle pain in upper left arm .I'm so worried and afraid of heart attack that I can't even sleep properly or focus on anything as I have lost 3 close relatives who had heart attack in last 6 months and now I'm worried that same will happen to me .Can anyone help me what's wrong with me or is there is any kind of test for diagnosis of my problem.

Aoa. It's great that you dont have any physical health problems. As you said that you have lost your closer ones, (in the last 6 months) you have developed fear of disease and its something that can make a person anxious and he/she would be overthinking about anything happening to the body.
