ASD children are mostly kept under supervision and controlled educational environment where they can be assessed throughout the day. I understand the difficulty level but if you can not take him to any Autism resource center than systematic care would be necessary and you have to reset and alter his room. Such children are educated through specialized individual educational plans.
True suggestion is that he can not make it after one or two sessions. Autistic care is about a new lifestyle which has to be with him throughout.

I am working with Autistic children and i think you should have to visit a place or centr for that for better improvement....just online consultation is not enough for that...
