if you mention the medication thn it would be better but I dnt think so that it is due to side effect of medication. it can be related to your age and diet. it is suggested to gt counselling or psychotherapy as well with medication.

You have been taking antidepressants for wait a long time. No doubt anti depressants have their side effects also. mental related problems are not and should not only be treated through anti depressants, as psychotherapy is also important. What psychotherapy do is that it ensure the rapid and reliable recovery which can last for longer period of time. I think your psychiatrist is not doing good to you because he or she has only treating you from medication from such a long time which is not good for your mental and physical health.
You need to change your psychiatrist and start psychotherapy also. This is must recommendation for you.

mam I am MDD patient. I have taken many counseling session doing breath therapy my depression is almost 90% gone having little bit anxiety issue but usually psychologist either recommend breath therapy or either do counselling now at this stage I don't need therapy neither counselling my hairs getting grey & gained lots of weight if you have solution pls let me know
