Question is, that is there any possible cure for feeling leftover? I have sleeplessness, overthinking, being anxious and feeling sad every time. Things i want to forget and move on but the memories keep pulling me deep with them. I am very tired and just want to erase memories. I am blocked and can’t get responses.
