I have been suffering from Sleep and Mode disorder since 2018. i am using citanew regularly and rivotril occasionally but nothing is going better. i am hesitant to do new things. overthinking and too much addict to mobile phone, social media especially YouTube watching same type of content. i want to get myself prepared for pcs exam but when i think to read any book i could not do so.
