I am 20 and lately I feel emotionally numb, mentally drained, and stuck in constant overthinking. I struggle to control my thoughts, emotions, habits, and actions even when I know what I should be doing. I often waste entire days, avoid important tasks, get distracted easily, and find it hard to stay consistent with studying or routines even though my exams are near. I wake up with a heavy feeling that affects my whole day. I also feel low in confidence, shy, lonely, and insecure about myself, and I keep worrying that I am wasting my time and potential. I want to improve myself, become emotionally stronger, and learn how to manage my thoughts and emotions better, but right now I feel mentally exhausted and unable to stay consistent.
