I have been struggling with constant overthinking, guilt and regrets. My sleep schedule is very disturbed I feel physically weak, mentally exhausted and emotionally tired. I’ve been feeling mentally tired for a long time. I overthink about past mistakes feel regret and guilt and it’s hard to focus on the present. My sleep is disturbed, appetite low, I prefer silence or dark rooms and I often pretend to be fine but i am not bcz i dont know how to explain that mind won’t let me rest even for a moment
My family doesn’t take me seriously, so I can’t tell them or ask for therapy they won’t understand why I need a psychologist. I am unable to focus on my studies and my sleep is badly disturbed. Even if I go to bed before 12, my mind keep on thinking until 4 or 5 am. Sometimes I don’t sleep at all even after being awake the whole day. I feel tired but my mind refuses to rest.

I am not doing well mentally I am so bad in everything i dont know how to take a decision or cant even take a stand for myself one day everything feels okay but the other day same feelings its been more than 3 months that I going through this and instead of healing i am just draining more and more
