Thats really bad but why… kyun ke kabhi kabhi humara mind bina kisi clear reason ke bhi low feel karta hai. Anxiety aur depression mein brain overthinking aur emotional load ki wajah se suddenly down ho jata hai, is liye aisa lagta hai ke sab theek hote hue bhi andar se heaviness aa rahi hai.
Yeh temporary ho sakta hai lekin agar yeh feeling bar bar aa rahi hai to isay ignore na karein, isay samajhna aur manage karna zaroori hota hai.
