My son is 2 yr old ... He is able to speak little words like mamma Abba and mumumm that's it ... On the other hand her twin sister speaks and learn frequently... Now the problem is my son don't even want to try to learn ... Whenever I help to make him learn new words or sounds he don't show interest at all and don't even repeat with me like mostly kids do ... Now from 2 to 3 days he is screaming out of lungs when his brother sister or someone else cant understand what he is trying to say ... Or asking for... It's look like he wants to be like them but can't help himself and that's why he is showing more aggression

it is two early to refer for speech therapy,give him freedom for one more years, don't try to teach him directly,it is making him aggressive, also don't compare with other siblings regarding speech, this is nature law that some children take more time to achieve milestone, right now we can't say this a problem, probability is there, start to speak naturally, otherwise speech therapy will help him at the age of 3 plus. don't worry.
