sir mujhe samjh nahi arahi main zindagi main kuch nahi karna chahta ek student hoon bas chahta hoon ghar main rahoon aur na job karoon aur jab bhi future ka sochta hoon anxiety hoti hai maine last year paroxetine li usne thora sahi kiya but 10 mahine bad usne asar chordiya mujhe anxiety dubara hone lagi aur main ab sertraline 100 mg leraha hoon but meri anxiety kam nahi horahi and mujhe samjh nahi araha gharwale bolte hain tumhe kuch tu karna parega but mujhe samjh nahi arahi mujhe mentally masla hai ya hai kya plz help
