Talk to Psychologist on Mental Health Related Issues
Asking for Self, Female, 20 years old, Burewala
Asslam o Alaikum WaRahmatullahi WaBarakatuhu mam , Mam I'm Javeria Yousaf, I do suffer from mental health related issues. I want to ask like I never lived in my present, always thinking about my past ( nothing bad happened to me ), or about future ( What I'll be for myself, about finances ) even finance is not an issue. Like I have Alhmdulillah very subtle family for every situation. Even little things hurts me, such as my friend said something rude to me, then my brain will be processing the same thing for days, weeks or even months. I can't forget such things and brain keeps thinking about those minor issues. Coz of that I can't sleep for 24 hours r may be more. Like I wakeup at 11am (Sunday) after that I tried a lot to sleep during day time but I don't. Coz of that headache starts. Now it's been 4:35am (Monday) I tried a lot to sleep for whole night I was struggling to sleep but ended up having headache. Even I listened to sleep relaxing music but I didn't.
