hello dr sb iam 18 yrs old boy iam suffering from my mental problem from past 2 years problem is that when ever i go outside of my house i have the feeling that iam forgetting my present i feel like iam not in the world orrr may be not present or cant just feel my present i consulted one dr he said that iam facing panic attacks or anxient but i dont think so i have anxiety becasuse in anxietyy heart beat increases or etccc what should i doo?
