I am 21 years old and I have been the nightfall problem for 4 years continuously. But three 3 months before my doctor suggested me to take some depression tablets for my depression. So after taking these tablets i didn't faced Nightfall for 1 half month. why i didn't faced nightfall?
So should i take these depression tablets or sleeping pills ? for relaxing my mind in sleep and prevent nightfall. Because it causing me to depression and worry. Thanks For Marham.
