hello, anxiety attacks kio aty hai, what are the thoughts behind it should be known. same as for depression symptoms. you need a proper therapy, I would prefer if you take sessions which help you to reduce the occurrence of panic attack and depression. the most important thing in your case is history which is unknown right now, for that purposes book a session with a psychologist for counseling.
