i was addicted to porn and intimate chat with unknowns on online chatting sites since years but after marriage i quit that and got busy in family life but now after a year i again going into same addiction. i spent whole night in doing that. i am very much worried and thinking what i am doing. so much upset about myself . kindly advise me how to get rid pf that... thanks
