I am Ahmad Fayyaz, 20 years old. I completed my FSC in 2023, but since then, I have struggled with studying. Whenever I try to study, my mind refuses to accept new information, and I often find myself dwelling on the past, regretting impulsive decisions, and overthinking. My mind is constantly filled with negative thoughts, leaving me unable to focus. I’ve lost interest in almost everything and feel reluctant to attend university or sit through lectures, even though I used to be a top student. Now, I find myself failing. Whenever I try to study, an inner voice urges me not to. I no longer feel connected to my friends and often avoid talking to people. Why is this happening to me? Please reply me . Thanks
