Asking for Self, Male, 60 years old, abroad
Aoa, I have had headache for months as soon as i wake up. I get some relief when i sleep but as soon as i wake up the head gets heavier and heavier. If i get busy then i get some relief but when i do nothing my thought goes to my heallt and worries. It get back beadache. I try not to think but I can not controll that. I have even difficulty to concentrate and focus i always have focus on me. I have even difficult to sleep deeply in the nigh. It seems to be that i have stress, anxiety and depression. I donot want to use medicine instead need some kind of therapy to divert my attention from looking inside me all the time and see the other things instead. I have tried even with deep breath, meditation and even to be at present moment techniques but not succeeded well. I live abroad and have been to doctors who suggest anti depressive medicine which I try to avoid. Sure there should be a way to get out of it but i donot know how or medicine is the only solution? any suggesion?

if your headache is variable,it must be related with stress.try to find out the things which are bothering you and solve them.if the problem is out if your control,then change your perspective towards the problem.as for as thoughts are concerned,they are not facts but our perception of the facts.so dont believe them and take them as hypothsis.moreover try to get yourself involve in physical activities like exercise,walk etc.you can take online sessions.they will definitely help.
