Hello. Problem no 1: In this stage of my life where I should be strong emotionally and mentally but it isn't happening though. I am an over thinker and sensitive so if everything happens it didn't get out of my mind. Problem no 2: I m facing issues regarding toxic peoples, when everything that happens they try to blame it with something like indirectly saying that its because I didn't give them value and peoples are forcing me through fear or other emotional.. to do things according to their mood. I didn't know what to do. I cannot even express myself here clearly because my mobile phone is hacked and I didn't know who but I know that someone is in there who is right now knowing what I m writing. I didn't know what to do regarding toxic peoples. Everytime I comed into a conclusion for myself to do something or not do something they make the situation against me.

hi, really sorry to hear this. if someone is trying to manipulate you and emotionally blackmail you, try to take a step back from them and start making boundaries, also the overthinking is also happening because you are constantly getting blamed over multiple things, which is quite frustrating....if someone hacked your phone, try to change your phone and number (and share that number only to family members) or if you can't change anything, switch off the phone for a time while, deactivate your accounts, and try to get help from your family member (whom you are close to), or complain on FBI about it, you must be suspicious about some people, take official steps, take step back to secure your self. Try to take sessions every week, so you can work on yourself.....mind it...overthinking takes time to go away, you need to control your thoughts,....validate your thought with evidence or else discard that thought....hope it will help you

Thnks doctor aliza. There is an issue with the solution that u give, can't explain it just know that I can't do it. Nd about controlling emotions and overthinking I am on it. I have controlled overthinking to a greater extent. I just need to not be afraid of anyone at this point of time when they are fearing me from things that I don't like. And the things that I have forgotten year ago are again infront of me when similar bad things happens. Can u guide me through text about 1. how to not afraid of anything and 2, how to rearrange his thought so that the pain didn't hurt me that much.
