Behavior mentioned in points 6 and 7 may be experienced in schizophrenia. First of all, accurate diagnosis needs to be done to proceed with the treatment plan.
Most of the behaviour mentioned above to a certain extent are quite normal for most old patients particularly those who have spend a particular type of life or gone through traumatic life experiences. I think apart from treatment, people close to her must also adjust their behaviour.
