Random thoughts of others death comes in my mind.like he or she will be dead today or tomorrow at this time....like even I am present here there is still a film goes on in my mind...due to this problem I can hear my heartbeat ...it becomes so fast ...my whole body respond to this ..I can't even think, concentrate properly...always a fear remain in my mind I told you already ..even my mind imagined them in that process...I am still fighting with myself daily ...I don't know what to do..I started breathing exercises and planks...and started different things..I do house chores daily but these things are still there in my mind..I try my best to avoid these thoughts sometimes I face ..but at the end a sense of fear make me upset,fearful and not able to do anything...what can I do
