Well it is because of some inflammatory disease for example Rheumatoid arthritis
You need some basic tests like CBC ESR CRP QUANTITATIVE AND RHEUMATOID FACTOR QUANTITATIVE AND ANTI CCP test from some reference labs first. Then meet some nearby Rheumatologist for proper treatment and follow ups.
