Talk to Rheumatologist on Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient From 10 Years

A. O. A I'm from quetta Balochistan, I'm RA patient from almost 10 years. But in 2020 I came to know that I m RA disease patient.In start doctor gave me Methotrexate tablet + cara, I took that tablet from 2020 to 2021.then In 2022 I didn't take tablet on time because it makes me feel like vomiting. Then in 2025 January I went to rheumatologist he gave me so many medicines lefora, rapicort, with Tofajak medicine. Any one plz tell me that should I take Tofajak or not? Bcz dr gave me 4 options 1. Tofajak tablet,1 month cost 8 thousand 2. 1 injection every week cost 40, thousand 3. 1 injection after every 2 weeks cost 60, thousand 4. Injection in a year cost 1 lakh 70 thousand Now any one plz suggest me which 1 is best, i asked from dr he said it's your choice which one you can afford. I said I want the best treatment. I m sharing all my reports here .
