assalam U alaikum sir I have been suffering from heart burn acidity and bloating from last one year , I have visited many gastro , when I'm taking medicine regularly I fell well but when I stop medicine my problem begain again, one of gastroenterologist did endoscopy, I have attached EGD report currently I'm talking levosulpride 50 and acid cool syp I'm so worried about my stomach problem , what's the problem in my endoscopy? and what's its permanent treatment. please guide me thanks

sir my weight is 85 kg and height is 5'10 , I have been taking Omeprazole and levosulpride, when I take medication I feel well ,but when I stop taking medicine I face the same problem
