Salam, i just got into an accident 4 months ago, got eardrum tear and felt pressure/blockage in that ear and got bells palsy few days after now after 4 months back of my head feels numb sometimes, when i inhale from right nostril an itching sensation in head from temporal side towards the back of head, occipital area pain and neck stiffness plus positional vertigo when i tilt my head to left got done the bppv from ent still the same issue plus often experience imbalance
